Are you heading to a friend's house for the holidays this year? We never like to go empty handed to a party. What better than a tasty dip to keep guests happy before the turkey is served or to enjoy during the big game? 

Our spiced pretzels and snacks are delicious on their own, but with a good dip, it's a whole new experience. We love to pair our Garlic Fest pretzels with a savory hummus and our Honey Cinnamon Dips taste like they were made for fluffy Pumpkin Pie Dip. Have a great queso? Try our Holy Mole spicy pretzels! And of course, our Butter Braids make easy work out of your classic cheese ball.

One warm and hearty dip we've been bringing lately to all our get-togethers is Toasted Beer + Cheddar Dip.  Serve it with our Chipotle BBQ pretzels for a little kick of spice & some extra smokey richness. 

 

TOASTY BEER + CHEDDAR DIP

From Williams-Sonoma

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter 
  • 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 3/4 cup ale or darker beer 
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard, such as Colman’s 
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
  • Hot sauce, to taste 
  • 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste 
  • Pretzelphoria flavored pretzels (try the Chipotle BBQ)
